2. What kind of photo should I upload?
For best results, use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. Make sure the hairstyle is exactly how you want it shown in the final illustration. Avoid blurry, dark, or angled photos. After uploading, you’ll see a short reminder popup to double-check your image.
3. Can I preview the personalized character before ordering?
Yes! You’ll see a preview of the character based on the information you provide. This helps ensure the story reflects your child or pet as accurately as possible.
4. Are the books suitable for all ages?
Our personalized books are crafted for early learners, toddlers, and young readers. The stories, illustrations, and reading levels are designed to be engaging for ages 2 to 8, but older children who love reading or personalized gifts enjoy them as well.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
6. Can I make changes after I place an order?
Because each book is custom-made, changes are only possible within the first 12 hours after purchase. If you need to update a name, photo, or message, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
7. Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Our books make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we offer gift wrapping on selected products.
8. What if I’m not happy with the final product?
We want every customer to love their personalized book. If there’s an issue with printing, quality, or the product arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll replace it or make it right. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a quality concern.
